1. Dear, In terms & conditions It is clearly written that both numbers should be same.
However, In starting when this offer started, I ordered one thing and got 150 Rs cashback (at that time only Delivery Mobile number & Phonepe number was same, not flipkart account).
But this may be fixed now, you can give it a try and tell us also 🙂
